Invoice Generator
Fill in the invoice below — totals work themselves out as you type. When it looks right, hit Print / Save PDF and send it to your client. Nothing is uploaded; the invoice lives only in this tab.

How it works
Type straight into the invoice — it is the document, not a form that generates one later. Line items multiply quantity by rate, the subtotal adds them up, your discount comes off first, and tax is calculated on the discounted amount, which is the order most clients and accountants expect. Leave discount or tax at zero if they do not apply to you.
Printing uses your browser's own print dialog. Choose "Save as PDF" there and you have a file you can email or attach anywhere. The printed page contains only the invoice — no navigation, no buttons, no DigiHustle branding. One caveat worth knowing: because everything runs in this tab, closing it clears the invoice. Save the PDF before you close the page.
Quick answers
What should an invoice include? Your name and contact details, the client's name, a unique invoice number, issue and due dates, a clear description of the work, and the total. This template covers all of them.
Numbering: how should I do it? Keep it simple and sequential — INV-001, INV-002, and so on. Consistent numbering makes tax time and payment-chasing far easier than creative naming ever will.
Is there a limit or watermark? No. Generate as many as you like; the PDF is yours, unbranded.
