DigiHustle UTM Builder — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

DigiHustle UTM Builder is a free Chrome extension published by DigiHustle (https://digihustle.co). This policy explains exactly what the extension does with data — the short version is: nothing leaves your device.

What data the extension handles

Current page URL: When you open the extension, it reads the URL of your active tab so it can pre-fill the link builder. This happens locally in your browser.

Recent links history: Links you copy are saved in Chrome's local storage on your own device only, so you can reuse them. You can clear this history at any time from inside the extension.

What we do NOT do

We do not collect, transmit, or store any data on our servers — the extension has no backend and makes no network requests. We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties. We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising code. We do not read the content of web pages — only the active tab's URL, and only when you open the extension popup.

Permissions explained

activeTab — lets the extension read the current tab's URL when you click the extension icon.
storage — saves your recent-links history locally on your device.
clipboardWrite — lets the "Copy Link" button place the generated URL on your clipboard.
